Toria Mason & The Burning Fire Band to Perform at FESTURI Cherbourg NAIDOC Celebrations 2026
Toria Mason & The Burning Fire Band are excited to announce an upcoming performance at the FESTURI Cherbourg NAIDOC Celebrations on Tuesday 7th July 2026.
Presented as a FESTURI Multicultural Festival in collaboration with the Cherbourg Aboriginal Shire Council, the event will bring together community, culture, music and celebration for a vibrant day of NAIDOC Week festivities.
Known for their uplifting fusion of Caribbean zouk, soca, calypso and Latin-inspired rhythms, Toria Mason & The Burning Fire Band deliver an energetic live experience filled with powerful percussion, soulful vocals and vibrant multicultural spirit. Led by vocalist and songwriter Toria Mason and guided by Artistic Director Dominique Cissé, the band’s original music celebrates joy, rhythm, cultural connection and unity.
The FESTURI Cherbourg NAIDOC Celebrations will showcase the strength and richness of First Nations culture alongside multicultural music, dance, food and community engagement. The event provides an opportunity for people of all backgrounds to come together, celebrate diversity and honour the spirit of NAIDOC Week.
